Last night I played in a 00.25/00.50 ring game, on the third dealt hand had K-Q, flop was Q-Q-5, ended up going allin won $30. What I'm wanting to know, is it better to play in ring games or sit n go's to increase my bankroll?

I like to play ring games to build my BR. The levels never go up and if I'm not running hot on a table I can always go find a new one.
