With the rapid development of gambling online, casino owners have a natural concern about the credibility of the players to a casino. Indeed, if we take bets on the racetrack, for example, there can be seen firsthand, who comes first, and who are losers. As for the casino, they are based on the random number generator, whose activities and the workings are hidden from the players. Naturally, under such conditions may occur questions about the honesty of the casino, and especially - the online casino. Puzzled this problem, carried out research among online-roulette (http://almasryonline.com/online-roulette.html/)
players. The study aimed at answering the questions - how much credibility to the authority of the casino players, as they determine best for casino games in terms of its integrity? Past surveys have shown that the vast majority of players - men. There are about 90%. Accordingly, the female players of about 10%. They all used the network for online games for more than three bodies. Only one percent of respondents "fall" of the Internet community. To identify factors influencing the preferences of the players in relation to a casino, experts have formed four groups. So, first, on which is based on the degree of people's ideas of honesty casino - as a complete and convincing information is available at the casino. The important points that need to be identified in this data - how is legal status of the company that owns the site, information about the owners themselves, and how qualitative that software with which is a game. Thus, someone who is going to open your own online casino, must consider all of these points in order to curry favor with the players and to conduct its business fairly smoothly, knowing that any loopholes in the reputation of the online-casino-games (http://australian-casinos.org/online-casino-games.html/)
will cause an outflow of visitors. By the way, no less important to have feedback from the players' non-virtual "method - for example, using the phone. Maybe in the trust will help users practice and large casinos, which are constantly publish the results of audits by international firms, which lead all the winnings for the month, visitors to see - there really won large sums of money. Maybe it is fairly expensive way to maintain the reputation, but, in practice, it is perfectly valid even for the skeptical people

Most websites Like pokerstars and full tilt prohibit all of those poker helpers. If they find that you are using them they will permanently ban you from the sites.

Actually this is incorrect. I cannot speak for Full Tilt, but as far as poker Stars is concerned both Poker Tracker and Holdem Manager are perfectly acceptable.

I play 75,000 hands a month on the ring at poker stars and i also use PT2 and PT3. The reason Stars does not have a problem is because it only tracks the hands you have been at the table for. There is no datamining involved at all. Below is a link that will give you the programs that Stars allows and also does not allow.

That is to their 3rd Party Tools FAQ page. If you scroll down a bit on the page they show what is allowed. The list is extensive. Scroll down further and they list what is not allowed. That list is also extensive.

PT and HEM are legal at all poker sites. Some like the Cake network inadvertently make them basically impossible to use (not because they disapprove of them but because of the unusual way they store player IDs.

What would contravene Full Tilt's Terms of Use would be to exchange databases with other players.

As Starlight points out. Stars is okay with use because you have to be at the table to gather data. Full Tilt used to allow data-mining up until last year when they changed their policy and their software. That's why they got miffed at Brian.

For anyone playing any kind of volume in cash games these tools have basically become essential.
